All Travel Expenses are Included in my Elopement & Wedding Photography Packages
There is no need to figure out all of the little expenses associated with travel for your wedding or elopement photographer. All of my prices include travel. You don’t have to worry about a single detail associated with flights, accommodations, or ground transportation. I handle all of those details and keep the costs within your package price.
A fully customized Location Guide and List for your Elopement or Destination
When you reach out to me and book a wedding photography package, I send out a questionnaire to get to know the real you. You discuss together your dreams for the perfect wedding day and dive into a vision of your surroundings. After analyzing those answers, I send a full comprehensive list of location ideas that are catered specifically to your desires. After narrowing down the area, we get into specific spots, great food locations (because you know I’m all about the food), and exact locations for your ceremony, first dance, or reception party.
Details & Vendor Recommendations
Once we know where we’re going, I can get super detailed pulling recommendations for florists to create that perfect bouquet, officiants (or you can choose to self-solemnize), accommodations that appeal to you guys, and so much more. Need ideas for the perfect dress? GIRL, I CAN DO THAT. What about perfect coffee to start your day? Even if we can’t find the right spot, you know I’ll bring some with me. Just reach out and I can find anything you’re looking for!
Custom Timeline Creation Help
When we start getting close to the big day, I dive into the required time needed for the big day. I dissect the travel times between locations, how long each spot might take, the length of the hikes (if you’re doing one), and how much time is needed for activities. This way we can narrow down the details, and build a comprehensive plan for the perfect day. I’m extremely flexible and we can go with the flow if anything changes, but having a plan is super helpful for reducing your stress on the day of. I might even have a plan B or C up my sleeve. ;)

This has all said nothing about the amazing photographs that you will get. I document the whole process, the full day of activities so that you can re live the best day of your lives together. The start of your commitment journey together should be captured for you to experience again and again in memories.

I always have the things that you might forget. Anything from snacks (all the snacks), hand warmers, head lamps, coffee, hairspray, bobby pins, sewing kits, and extra socks. You can come right up to the Kat shop and get all of the things that might be forgotten or missing on wedding day.
Relaxing & Organic Experience
The one thing my clients tell me over and over is how nice it was to have such a calming presence with them on their big day. I’m not going to make things feel stiff of uncomfortable. The process should be as stress and anxiety free as possible. I am not here to make you feel out of place. You deserve a relaxing experience and I plan to give you that.
