The Stanley Hotel | Estes Park Engagement Photos

When she told me she wanted to recreate The Shining for her engagement photos at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, I told Ashlynn that she was fricken AWESOME! A Stanley Kubrick fan, Ashlynn had dreamed of visiting The Stanley Hotel - which was the inspiration for the movie The Shining. So of course I had to do it.

The two drove up from Texas, having a fun vacation mixed with their engagement session. They stopped in Breckinridge and then drove up to meet me in Estes Park at the Stanley for their photos.

Aside from roaming the hotel and recreating some fun moments from the movie, we also dressed up fancy and got some pretty mountain engagement photos with the surrounding Estes Park area. These two were so fun to be around and after laughing through this entire session, I stayed for over an extra hour just to chat with Ashlynn about everything - from celebrity crushes to serious life events.
