California Winery Wedding | Rebecca + Nicholas
High school sweethearts, Rebecca and Nicholas knew each other long before they ever got together. And while it took a little bit of time to convince Nicholas to try dating Rebecca, it was well worth the wait. One of the deeply magical things about this wedding was the intensity at which Nicholas now loves this Bride. If it takes some time for someone to get to that love, I think we'd all be willing to wait.
I was in LOVE with all of the details at this wedding. These are some of my favorite images to date and I had a hard time narrowing down what to show you! I hope you love seeing tons of photos, because here they come!
Wedding Prep
The gentlemen got ready at the upper house, which came complete with an adorable outhouse. I know, outhouse and "adorable" don't normally go together, but this one had an outdoor sink and mirror.
Dad helped put on the bow tie.
I loved the groom's family! They reminded me of my own mom and dad.
A gorgeous bohemian bouquet for the Bride.
I mean, that flower crown is a work of art!
First Look & Couples Session
The first look took place next to this old tree overlooking the winery, valley and barn.
Wedding Party
Ceremony
Don't forget to highlight your favorite bible verse.
There was not a dry eye in the audience when the Groom said his vows. Even I was tearing up. This is what I meant by the depth of his love for her.
Reception
How adorable are these little succulent planter favors?!
Holy dessert bar batman! The pies looked divine. I mean just look at this strawberry one:
So this was fun. The couple played a game where they are given questions and raised a shoe to indicate who they think the statement pertains to. For example, who is most likely to flake on the laundry:
Speeches were made.
And the father daughter dance became emotional.
What a great candle lit evening to celebrate the union of these two amazing individuals.
