The sun was setting fast, the trail was muddy and we were running short on time. But a quick 30 minutes later and I had gone through a super inspired shotgun photography session at Eagles Nest Open Space with Jenn and Jake. It was so much fun and even though it was short, felt like we connected for a lifetime. Check out the epic scenery!
My good friends Tessa and Brent are back. This time we drove up to Estes Park Colorado and did a mock engagement photo session at The Stanley Hotel. It was magical. We were running a bit late since we spent some (maybe a lot) of time at the amazing bar sipping whiskey and talking about ghosts. So the sun went down but we still got some amazingly dreamy like photos.
She also borrowed my dress and looks better in it!
I hope you enjoyed this mock engagement photoshoot at The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. Keep dreaming about mountains.
One of the reasons I love doing this, is that I get to meet some amazing people. On this day I dragged my husband up into the mountains for the engagement session of Liam and Whitney at their house near Black Hawk, Colorado. After the gorgeous session below, taken in their own neighborhood, we sat for drinks, snacks, and awesome conversation. We wound up talking for close to five hours, well into the night. Whitney rescues chickens, their pets are family, and we learned about global warming from a scientist. It was so much fun that we promised to come up the next weekend with our pup and spend the night. Stick around to the end of the post, because I wound up revealing the session to them and took a video of their reactions.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy this engagement session in Black Hawk, Colorado.
And as promised, below is the video I took of their reveal. I created a slideshow for them to watch.
Kelsey and Chris met me out at Hildebrand Ranch Park in Littleton CO, for a sunset engagement photography session. It was one of the coldest sessions I’ve done, and there wasn’t even snow! The wind cut through our clothes like a knife. And the sun fell fast behind the hills there.
I hope you enjoyed this engagement photography session in Littleton, CO at the Hildebrand Ranch Park. Reach out to me for your engagement!
Cambria and Rudy own this incredible property down in Evergreen, CO, where we decided to do engagement photos. I was in awe of their cabins in the mountains. Even though i wore the wrong shoes, fell on my butt, and cut open my hand, it was still worth it. And for those who are wondering: I did save the camera.
Sara and Jed are my new favorite people. I literally thought she said his name was Jedi at first and got super excited. He still liked the name, even if it wasn’t his real one. They’re originally from Crested Butte, CO, which is one of my favorite towns in Colorado. We did a local engagement session out at Reservoir Ridge, a place I’ve hiked before. I loved how these turned out!
I hope you liked this Fort Collins engagement photography! Be sure to check out my galleries for more fun photos!
